watched 2 movies-- on friday and saturday! :) spirited away and secondhand lions. both are very very nice... i watched spirited away twice lor! :p it's about this girl, Chihiro, who's moving house. on their way to their new house, her father turn into the wrong road and ended up at this old, abandoned theme park building. her parents went to explore the area and found a place where there are lots of delicious food placed on the tables. they started eating and eating... and when Chihiro came back, they turned into PIGS!! when waiting for her parents to eat finish, she walked around the place and met this boy, Haku, who told her to leave immediately (before dusk). however, she couldnt leave in time... Haku helped her and told her to go to the place where spirits and the gods go to bathe and relax and ask the old woman in change to give her a job. the old woman treated her badly as she wanted her to leave so she can turn her into a pig. the story's quite complicated to explain so i think u better watch it yourself! :p secondhand lions---walter's mother sent him to stay at his 2 grand uncles, who are very very rich. he grew fond of them and the uncles too. later, he was told the where the 2 uncles were in the last 40 years but her mother arrived with her new boyfriend, a detective, who claimed that the money his uncles have are stolen and wanted walter to show them the place where they kept the money. walter did not believe him and the detective kept hitting him. (oh ya, walter's uncles bought a lion to shoot and have the skin. but then the lion's so weak that walter decided to nurse it back to health. it lives in the cornfield) the lion saw and came to his rescue and attacked the detective. the lion died of the excitement (heart attack or sth like that) as it was an old old lion. walter's mother brought him away but walter wanted to stay with his uncles. and so... he grew up with them and they passes away when they crashed the airplane into their shed. his uncle's enemy's (when he was young he had this enemy) great grand son came when he heard the news and this proved that he took the right choice to believe his uncles and not the detective and his mother. what a touching story...!

went to raffles town club yesterday to watch movie. went there every saturday night to watch movie ever since exams were over. watched 3 movies so far-- Timeline, To kill a mockingbird (lit next year) and yesterday, Taxi 3. Taxi 3 is the nicest and the funniest :p. it's about a police officer (dont know his name) trying to catch a santa clus group who goes around robbing banks. he has a friend, a taxi driver, who saved him once before. his taxi can travel up to 300km/h fast! hee... very fuuny.

yesterday went for class dinner at yiusum's house. 1 comment... the food is very delicious! the chicken wing is very very nice... yummy... :)about 22 people turned up plus mie and jinglin. had a great time babequeing and starting the fire. went to yiusum's house after that. her cat is so cute... and furry. she has THICK fur and when i touched her, she kept moving her head as if she's very annoyed at us touching her... hee... ate quite a lot yesterday... feels fatter today. gotta EXERCISE or i will be fatter and fatter... :(

watched SPY KIDS 3D yesterday. hav to wear this glasses (made of paper), the right plastic len is red and the other is blue. actually we only have to wear the glasses when the person (jimmy) wears his glasses... well, the story's okay.

went to watch PRINCESS DIARIES 2 with sun chao and sandra today at Shaw. it's nice and funny. Princess Mia was returning to Genovia after completing her college in America. As she was turning 21, her grandmother, Queen Clarisse, decided to pass the throne to Mia. However, the Parliament decided that Princess Mia must get married in 30 days or Nicholas, Viscount Mabrey's nephew, would be the heir, according to an old Genovian law that no Queen shall rule without a husband. Mia had to find a suitable husband and also win over the Genovian people. She agreed to a blind marriage to Andrew but she fell in love with Nicholas, the man that was trying to get the throne. She went out with Nicholas and found people filming them. She accused Nicholas for setting her up but actually was his uncle. On the day of her marriage, she didnt marry Andrew but also annouce that she would be the queen without a husband. Everyone in the Parliament agreed with her and Princess Mia became the Queen of Genovia. Her grandmother, Clarisse, married her bodyguard, Joseph too. The End.

yesterday was the netball carnival and guess what? 104 was the champion class!!!!!!!!! Hooray!!! Well done 104ers!!!! :) had a great time-- shooting and drinking milo :p. although the 3 of us didnt shoot very well... we still have 3 points (same as other classes) on the scoreboard... (phew...) :p had lotsa fun!!! hope that we will still be in the same class next year... (204)

watched 4 movies so far at home... THE HULK on monday (i think), MATRIX RELOADED on tuesday, MAID IN MANHATTAN on wednesday and UPTOWN GIRLS today. all are nice... like THE HULK best. its about this person, Bruce, whose father inject his own creation into himself as a result, it was pass on to him. later, his father wanted to kill him but his mother stopped his father. his father was put into jail. Bruce became an orphan as his mother was killed by his father. then his father was let out of prison and he went to find Bruce... and Bruce realized that he will turn into a terrible green monster whenever he became angry.Maid in Manhattan is about this woman, Nerissa, a room cleaner in a hotel, who met a politician and so on... UPTOWN GIRLS is about this rock 'n' roll princess, Molly, whose parents died when she was 8. now, she is grown up but she need not need to work as her parents left enough money for her. but the person with her money ran away and she realized she has nothing... she found a job as a nanny to a rich mans daughter, Ray. Ray's father is a 'vegetable' and her mother does not care about her...

today went to SNOW CITY!!! quite fun but its SUPER SUPER COLD!!! -5 degrees!!! my hands and nose are so painful... couldnt stand it... went to rent another glove again. the snow area is very small!!! very disappointed... but theres a slope to slide down! went to try for around 5 time plus! so fun. but its very COOOLLLDDDD... my butt is frozen after so many tries. overall its quite fun... but as the place is too cold then i stand under the sun too long later... i started to feel queasy and feel like vomiting and have a headache too... hai...

yesterday went to school for 2 talks. one on herb and spice @ Sentosa and the other is on Sharks. the herb and spice one is very boring... :( the shark talk is interesting but very sad and disgusting... these people just cut off the sharks' fin and KICK them back into the sea!!! the shark is already dying!!! i cant believe they are so so so cruel... :'( the shark keeps moving and they STEP on it and CUT its fin off!!! :o and the shark is pratically dead after bleeding one boat full of blood, they KICK it back into the sea!!! leaving the poor poor shark to die as it cannot swim and breathe anymore!!!!! oh my!!! it's so cruel!!!!! I AM NOT GOING TO EAT SHARK FIN SOUP EVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!! :'(
